"Open Burning" Amendment
Open burning of landscape waste was amended on December 17, 2008 (Ordinance 2008/09-35) as follows:

8.32.030 Open burning of landscape waste.
The open burning of wet landscape waste is prohibited.
Open burning of dry landscape waste is permitted any day during the months of April and November; between the hours of nine a.m. and sunset.
Open burning of dry landscape waste is prohibited other than Friday and Saturday between the hours of nine a.m. and sunset during all months except April and November.
