Following are the regularly scheduled 2010 meetings and holiday schedules for the City of Streator.

2010 MEETING AND HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
1. The following dates are scheduled as regular Meeting dates of the Streator City Council (regular time 7:00 p.m., on the third Wednesday of the month. If that day is a holiday the meeting will be on the following day)

2. The following dates are scheduled as regular meeting dates of the Streator Plan Commission (regularly 7:00 p.m., on the second Tuesday of the month. If that day is a holiday the meeting will be on the following day.)

3. The Streator City Hall will be closed in observance of the following twelve (12) holidays:

4. The following dates are scheduled as regular meeting dates of the Streator Library Board (regularly 7:00 p.m., on the third Monday of the month. If that day is a holiday the meeting will be on the following day.)

5. The following dates are scheduled as regular meetings of the Streator Emergency Telephone Systems Board (ETSB) (regularly at 3:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month. If that day is a holiday the meeting will be on the following day.)

6. The following dates are scheduled as regular meetings of the Streator Board of Fire and Police Commissioners (regularly 6:00 p.m. on the first Monday of the month. If the day is a holiday the meeting will be on the following day).

7. The following dates are scheduled as regular meetings of the Streator Tourism Development Committee (regularly 7:00 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of the month. If that day is a holiday the meeting will be on the following day.)

8. The following dates are scheduled as regular meetings of the Streator Police Pension Board (7:00 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of the first month of the calendar quarter. If that day is a holiday the meeting will be on the following day.)

9. The Streator Fire Pension Board meets quarterly on the call of their chairman.
10. The Streator Zoning Board of Appeals, the Streator Liquor Commission, and the Foreign Fire Insurance Board meet on an as needed basis at the call of their chairmen. Times and locations of these meetings shall be announced as provided in the Open Meetings Act.
-- All of the above named councils, boards and commissions may call special. ad hoc or emergency meetings with a minimum of 48 hours notice of same given to the local media and other agencies registering with the city of meeting notification under the terms of the Open Meetings Act. The regular meetings listed here may be cancelled in the same fashion. Committee meetings of the above groups which include a majority of a quorum of their membership shall also provide public notice of committee meetings as required by the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
-- The Streator City Council, Streator Plan Commission, ETSB Board, Board of Fire and Police Commissioners and the Zoning Board of Appeals will all meet in the StreatorCity Hall, 204 South Bloomington Street, Streator, Illinois. The Streator Public Library Board of Trustees will meet at the Public Library, 130 South Park Street, Streator, Illinois. The Foreign Fire Insurance Board meets at the Streator Fire Station, 108 North Wasson Street, Streator, Illinois.
